Amazing trip on the Catalina

Good Morning

My wife, two daughters and great Friends Trevor and Theresa Wells, have just returned from another amazing trip on the Catalina. This was our third trip on Catalina, and in my opinion, the best yet.

Being in the Hospitality Industry, I value feedback, positive or negative, and where human nature usually commands communication when things are not right, I think it just as important to praise, when things are excellent. This is indeed the case, with your magnificent boat, and exceptional Crew!!

We were all very sad to hear of Michael’s passing, he was a real gentleman, and we missed him on this trip. However, having said that, Captain Howard was outstanding. Whoever made the decision to promote Howard to Captain, made a very wise choice. He leads by example, never scared to get his hands dirty. The first up in the morning and the last to bed, he was always on hand, and he made the fishing trips an adventure. I can tell you, he takes exceptional care of your boat, and he is indeed very proud to be the Captain of the Catalina. Also a big shout out to Sunny and Fine, always willing and eager to please, right down to us having to hide our clothes to prevent Fine wanting to wash and iron them!! Two great Chaps. And finally, let’s not forget Andrew. What a gem he is, cooking the most amazing meals in tough conditions, always happy and always smiling, he went out of his way to cater for all our needs. Colin, take it from me, I know and appreciate what goes into forming to a Special Team, and these Guys do you proud!!!!!
