Thank you for suggesting upgrading of the rooms at Victoria Falls Hotel(Most important).
The hotel was just magnificent and makes the visit that more pleasant.
The cruise was also fantastic and the service impeccable.
We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Only one hiccup though.
On arrival at the Falls airport my English friends had to wait for nearly two hours to get through customs.
Very poor service from the airport I believe.

I will recommend you to all my friends who intend to visit Victoria Falls.
