Work Permit

My boyfriend is living in the UK and wants to immigrate to Zimbabwe. He has previously lived in South Africa for 15 years and did receive a South African citizenship. He holds a British Passport.

How long can he stay in Zimbabwe and how do we go about getting him a work permit and what is required for him to immigrate here.
