Number of passport pages needed for repeated border crossings at Victoria Falls

by David

Okay, I know there are a number of posts around this issue, but still uncertain about the following: If we arrive in Zimbabwe into VFA, transit to Zambia for our hotel, return to Zimbabwe for seeing the falls from that side, return to our hotel in Zambia, and then come back to VFA for our departure flight, how many pages of our passports do we expect to be consumed by all of this border crossing? We are travelling on a US passport. As far as I can tell, we might just need 1-2 pages per country total, or we might need as many as 12 total for our total of three entries into Zimbabwe and two into Zambia.

Hi David

You should be able to buy a Kaza visa on arrival in VFA. That's one full page. If they wont allow you the Kaza then you will need a double entry (one page) and a single entry (one page) on your final entry. So worst case 2 pages.
You don't need any visas for Zambia, so no full pages required, just stamps. The actual exit and entry stamps are small stamps of which you can get about 10 stamps per page. So max you will need is 3 pages for both countries.

Hope that helps
