Good "single point of contact"

by Anne & Derek
(Derby, UK)

An “umbrella” agency that competently organised all our activities in the Area, including airport transfers (we waited a bit for the rest of passengers to be gathered so a taxi may be quicker).

The sunset cruise was a delight (we had the Zambezi Reflections, operated by the same company as the better-known Zambezi Explorer but a smaller boat romantically candle-lit) with good food and free-flowing drinks.
We’d also recommend the “historic bridge tour” well-conducted by a young lad impersonating the bridge engineer Georges Imbault.
The “boma dinner” was a bit touristy but good fun and excellent food (although the arranged transport was 40 mins late, which meant most people were well into the meal by the time we arrived).
The falls walk and 12min helicopter were well worth doing.
