Hi Boo and Tony
We have arrived back safely from our Vic Falls/Botswana adventure and I wanted to thank you both so much for all your assistance, particularly when we missed our outgoing flight and everything had to be rescheduled. At the end of the day, the only thing we missed out on was the white water rafting (which might have been a non-event anyway) and at least we all got to do the elephant safari which was awesome.
You really run a very efficient service and we are grateful to you.
