Careful at the airport

When I arrived at the Victoria Falls Airport on Aug 3rd, 2022 on flight FN 8506 an officer from the airport stopped me to ask me for the Payment Confirmation of the Visa (no the Visa itself which I had it printed) I showed it to him on my cell phone, he said that on the phone was not valid and I had to pay again, when he realized I was in a group with other people and everyone was starting to complain he immediately retracted.
