For the trip that was never meant to be.

I cannot recommend Boo and her team highly enough. This company was originally recommended to us and we contacted Boo to arrange a long overdue trip home to Zimbabwe and a family reunion. From very first contact the response times were quick and Boo was always on hand to provide quotes and advice on all matters from travel to accommodation and extra activities suitable for a wide range of ages.

Communication has always been friendly, professional and timely. Everything was confirmed and we were due to travel and then sadly due to Covid our plans had to change. Immediately we were contacted to provide options or alternative arrangements and refunds. Boo and her team over the last year have moved everything around for us to postpone dates twice, and liaised with the relevant accommodations and excursion companies to rearrange everything. Sadly after all this time and postponing we have now had to cancel. As soon as we contacted Boo to request a refund this was forthcoming and arranged within a few days. We are so very grateful for the time that was poured into our booking and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! When the time comes where we can travel again, Boo and her team will be my first point of contact.
