Hello Boo and Jane, hope all is well.

A short note to thank you for your help and information regarding our visit to Victoria Falls with our kids. We really enjoyed it and had lots of fun in the different activities.

Hotel was really nice, all was well informed with them and kids loved to sleep in a Bunk bed. The only small little but with the Kingdom hotel is that it seems another guest from a room below us was smoking inside the room and all the smoke and smell got into our room, we called guest service and they tried to help us out with some odour thing, but off course, until the other guest didn´t stop smoking (which they told me it was not allowed), nothing to do... we needed help several times, and hotel staff did tried to help ASAP and very friendly.

For the activities, all was good, pick up from Airport, transfer to Kasane, activities, all on time... the only small But, was that when the bus for the sunset cruise arrived, we were not in the list, but fortunately I had the print the person from Airport gave us, and all good. The rest was very smooth; kids enjoyed it and so as we.

So again, a big thank you, loved your site and best of all, your service and friendliness!
