Hi Stacy,

I cannot thank you enough for the fabulous trip we had had in Zimbabwe. Everything was perfectly arranged.
The Hide is only the second safari camp that I would want to go to again. The staff, accommodations, food, and the guides made the trip especially memorable. Our main guide, Theo, was so knowledgeable and fun. We saw spotted dogs, two cheetahs planning and implementing an attach on antelopes, a leopard walking right by our vehicle, a leopard teasing a cheetah, elephants run off a lion from a watering hole, porcupines, and sooo much more. I had been telling our friends how much I liked safaris and began to worry they might not see what I have seen or like the Hide, but I didn’t need to worry, everyone was ready to stay an never go home. We all plan to return to the Hide some day.
We liked that you had us do VF after the safari. Several in our group sat on the edge in Angels pool. Very scary. They probably would not have done it if we had done the walk on the Zimbabwean side first and saw the power of the falls. The bridge tour was done in a very unique with the dramatic presentation. Made it much more interesting and again fun.
The zip line gave beautiful views we didn’t expect.
Shearwater drivers and particularly, Kali, were so nice and accommodating. Kali went over and above expectations. All organization that guided us, drove us, were so professional and kind.
If I left things out, it not because we didn’t like them it just everything was perfect. Perfect in every way. I was reminded of how much I loved living in Kenya. I will admit, being able to speak English and us USA dollars made it an easy trip.
One downside, the road to the Hide, not so good right now. It was a 4 hour trip. We know they are working on them and within a year should be good, but it was a rough ride. But, we had Kali and he made it a good trip.
