Important Update: Zambia Online Health Screening Requirement

by Tony
(Victoria Falls)

The Zambia National Public Health Institute (ZNPHI) is reminding all international travellers entering Zambia to complete an online health screening questionnaire before arrival.

This applies to all entry points, including Livingstone Airport, Victoria Falls Bridge and Kazungula Border.

Travellers should complete the short questionnaire at the official Zambia Online Health Screening Portal, providing details of their journey and countries visited during the previous 21 days.

Once submitted, a personal QR health pass is issued. Save this on your phone and present it to the Port Health Officer on arrival.

Although the questionnaire can still be completed at the border, we recommend doing it online beforehand to avoid unnecessary delays, particularly for visitors crossing from Victoria Falls or Chobe on day trips.

*For more detailed information on this requirement, please visit our

page.
Please note: This health screening is separate from Zambia's visa and immigration requirements
