Introduction

251 Victoria Falls is a modern self-catering apartment located in the heart of the small town of Victoria Falls, within close proximity to hotels, restaurants, banks, shops, local craft markets and only a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the Victoria Falls.

The apartment is neat, modern and comfortable. The living area is open plan with a lounge, dining area and a well-equipped kitchenette with both bedrooms leading off the lounge.

The outlook from the living area is over a green belt with some lovely big trees. Guests can often enjoy watching monkeys and warthogs going about their day.

This is the only self-catering apartment in the small town centre, as most other apartments are located in the residential areas of Victoria Falls, 2 to 3 km away.

Our Opinion

Although the location of 251 Vic Falls above the KFC and Garage/Gas Station can be a bit off-putting when you first arrive, the central location is in fact its unique selling point.

A short 5-minute walk to the Falls, restaurants, banks, shops and markets, makes it very convenient both day and night.

The apartment has a good, clean and modern feel about it. The outlook over a green belt, where monkeys, warthogs and other small animals often spend their day is an added appeal.

This apartment is well-priced and well-suited to a small family wanting the option to self-cater and yet have all the towns facilities within walking distance.
