Elephant Hills Conference Facilities

The Elephant Hills Resort arguably offers the most modern and upmarket conferencing facilities in the country. The hotel offers a selection of eight conference rooms, ranging in size from 14 to 500 people.

The vast Kalala room has been the venue for upmarket events such as Super Model International and Sunshine Tour golf tournaments. The room can accommodate a host of high capacity seating plans and has a large and spacious stage area. Its high ceilings, luxurious carpeting and brilliant lighting give the room a stately ambiance. This room is fitted with state-of-the-art audio and video equipment which is controlled from a secluded control room. On the other end of the spectrum are the smaller intimate boardrooms located away from the activity of the main conferencing area. These rooms afford delegates the privacy and seclusion needed for small meetings and training sessions.

The hotels conferencing and banqueting staff are highly skilled and experienced in handling events of all sizes and requirements; guaranteeing you have a successful event at Elephant Hills Resort.
